Chef Goto has taken charge of the kitchen of Cambusa. This Italian restaurant has a reputation for being hard to secure a reservation at, but when one manages to, its dishes justify the effort spent to dine here. This Yokohama restaurant is a favorite among the locals, and recently it has drawn in more and more diners from Tokyo and beyond. Every classic Italian dish is here — pizza, pasta, appetizers, soup, and dessert are all included in every course, especially the omakase course that is highly recommended. Diners can look forward to dishes like salmon pasta and blue cheese pizza. From pizza dough to noodles, every aspect of Cambusa is handmade.
