Covo

Covo, located in Osaka's Miyakojima Ward, beautifully marries Italian, izakaya, and baru cuisines with a unique twist. This culinary gem uses koji, a traditional Japanese fermenting technique, to bring out enhanced, natural flavors in every dish. As diners explore the menu, they're greeted with delightful surprises like Japanese-style Margherita pizzas and an array of sake. The restaurant's layout offers a dual experience: a liquor store downstairs teeming with sake and wine selections, and a cozy upstairs dining space that captivates with its elegant charm. Wooden-fired delights, such as pizzas infused with Japanese ingredients, serve as Covo's signature offerings, reflecting a perfect blend of cultural flavors. With its warm, inviting ambience and inspirational dishes, Covo is ideal for casual dining or a more intimate setting. The staff's expertise in sake pairings further enhances the dining journey, making it a must-visit spot for those wishing to experience Osaka's culinary finesse.
