Dinner and the next day's breakfast are prepared for the guests, incorporating premium seafood — including fish, abalone, horse mackerel, and other local sea catches from Sagami Bay — and colorful seasonal vegetables. Expect a lobster or daikon radish from Odawara in autumn for dinner, and freshly made juice from locally grown citrus like the seasonal himono for breakfast.
