Udon Cooking Classes

This was an incredible experience and Masako was a knowledgable and friendly instructor; she shared recipes from her own life and answered all our questions. The food was delicious, we learned a lot, and we are extremely grateful for the experience. Thank you Masako!

What a lovely experience making Udon noodles. Chef Chinki was most welcoming and clearly explained every step. She is very passionate about cooking with the best possible fresh ingredients to accompany the udon noodles. Many of them were new to me. Thank you for sharing your skills.

Emi was a very welcoming host, we came as a family of 6 and everyone enjoyed their time! Definitely a unique experience I would recommend others to try! And also, the meal was delicious :)

Fantastic, homey and warm experience making tamagoyaki, udon, and tempura. Masako is the most wonderful host and teacher. Flip flip flip flip the veggies!!!!

Really enjoyed Emi's class. My 12 year old daughter and I made udon, tempura, and gyoza. The instructions were easy to follow and Emi's communication was clear and friendly. We will be back again next time we are in Tokyo!

This was a great class. The teacher was very friendly and knowledgeable. she helped explain how to make the udon and also what other ingredients I can substitute when I return to my home country. Udon was delicious, I’m looking forward to making it at home!

Being welcomed into Masako's home for an unforgettable cooking lesson was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. We really appreciated the recipe handout and other keepsakes she gave us.
