Experience Details

Udon are thick and delicious Japanese noodles, with a satisfying chewiness.

In this cooking class, we will make udon noodles from scratch! Together with our cooking instructor, you will learn a special technique to knead the dough, roll it out, and cut the noodles.

Our signature style is kawaii cooking, so we will also show you how to prepare the bowl of udon with cute toppings! The end product is super kawaii and photogenic, almost too cute to eat. Almost.

To accompany the bowl of handmade udon noodles, we will make tempura. You will learn how to create a light tempura batter and fry up vegetables and shrimp.

Then, we will plate it up, and you will create an adorable edible arrangement! Along with these dishes, we have pickled vegetables, a seasonal dessert, and delicious beverages for you to enjoy!

Tea lovers will adore our matcha tea and teacake, while fruit liquor is provided for those who are over the age of 20 and would enjoy a little pick-me-up.

So, join us in our cooking studio in Minami Aoyama, a luxurious Tokyo neighborhood where you are sure to feel at ease. We carry cooking tools and equipment from the top brands and the elegant and comfortable studio has fantastic natural light (great for taking photos!).

We have even hosted Japanese celebrities and held magazine shoots here; it’s truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the day in the kitchen. Come along and let’s cook some kawaii Japanese food!
