Absolutely amazing. David is a wonderful and kind guide who can teach you about wasabi, food, plants, and more! I never knew real wasabi tasted so different and delicious. The roast beef pairing was great. Really cool guy with great stories, you should signup for this experience!

Our group of three had a great time visiting David's wasabi farm in Okutama. It's a long train journey from central Tokyo, but taking in all the nature once you get there is worth it. David was great to chat with and extremely knowledgeable about the ecology of wasabi and the surrounding environment. It was also great to have a chance to taste freshly ground wasabi.
I would advise people to be mindful of the train schedule to Okutama, as it is easy to be late since there's only one train to the area every 50 min.
