Was amazing!! Not only very interesting but also the chef explains everything, help you take pictures and videos, very nice and the ramen is so tasty!!

Great bloke, enjoyable class but would have been good to have a handout on the ingredients for the 4 dishes on offer.

Shu provided a fun and unique experience! It was so interesting to learn about the work that goes in to producing ramen, and fun to create our own bowls. That and the food was absolutely delicious!
