Meals
Guests will get their hands on the dough, so we will prepare together two recipes of fresh pasta typical of Modena (tagliatelle and tortelloni) and a dessert (Tiramisu'), and then enjoy it all for lunch or dinner.
Guests will learn and discover all the secrets of traditional cuisine from egg flour to flavor.
Possibility to customize the menu '. all also in vegetarian version.

Taste and heart experience
Luisa exceptional hostess, familiar and welcoming environment. Great food, quality raw materials. We learned how to make tagliatelle and tortelloni, all delicious. I had a great time. I absolutely recommend it. Thanks to Luisa and Ilaria!
