What You’ll Experience

A wonderful tour created on exclusive only for our clients, with a private multi-language speaking escort, to discover and understand why Modena is considered the city of food, walking around the Unesco city centre and its main buildings and monuments. PRIVATE Food walking guided tour of Modena city centre (3h 30min/4h) ; visit to a pasta shop to discover and learn more about the different kind of fresh hand-made pasta of Modena; tasting of fresh tortellini; visit to the famous and historical "Albinelli food market" and to some small family shops; tasting of 3 aged Parmigiano Reggiano and Balsamic vinegar; possibility to taste also the "gnocco fritto", a special kind of fried bread typical of Modena; last stop for the lunch with "Tigelle" (bread) with cured-meats, cheese or vegetables at your choice, with a glass of Lambrusco wine or local beer (soft drink or no-alcoholic drink for under 18 y.o.) .
