Experience Details

Japan is home to countless regional ramen styles, from Hakata’s creamy tonkotsu to Hokkaido’s famous miso. If one bowl isn’t enough, join this hands-on ramen class and create three different types of ramen entirely from scratch!

The shio ramen (salt ramen) you’ll be making is topped with sweet, succulent pork, bean sprouts, and seaweed; the shoyu ramen (soy sauce ramen) has steamed cabbage, green veggies, and sweet corn. The miso ramen is topped with spicy chicken, boiled egg, and green onion. Please note that the ingredients may vary depending on the season, but this simply means you’ll be getting the freshest produce.

If you’re worried about the sheer amount of noodles, don’t be! The bowls of ramen are smaller than average, and the total amount of noodles is about 100 grams. But make sure you save some room, because after you’ve made and indulged in these three types of ramen, you’ll get to have dessert!

The menu includes shio ramen and shoyu ramen, miso ramen, and dessert.

This relaxed class is beginner-friendly and taught step by step by a dedicated ramen instructor, making it easy and fun for first-timers.
