This Japanese cooking school, established in 2017, teaches authentic Japanese cooking techniques in English for foreign travelers in Japan. In-person and online classes are available for all levels, from beginners to professional. Their aim is to educate about Japanese culture and washoku (Japanese cuisine), a designated UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
