This Japanese cooking school, established in 2017, teaches authentic Japanese cooking techniques in English for foreign travelers in Japan. In-person and online classes are available for all levels, from beginners to professional. Their aim is to educate about Japanese culture and washoku (Japanese cuisine), a designated UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

We had a lovely experience with the ramen class. Fumi was a wonderful teacher and the ramen turned out delicious! We are inspired to try making ramen again at home.

The class was really engaging and fun - we learnt how to make a range of different items to include in our bento box and it was lovely meeting people from around the world. Highly recommend!
