You'll first enjoy a traditional tea ceremony in a tea room, then move onto the kitchen to learn to make nigiri and sushi rolls and grill selected cuts of melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef before enjoying your delicious meal together. You'll also receive a unique calligraphy art souvenir by Katsuji as a keepsake.

Katsuji, a seasoned gourmet entrepreneur, draws from his extensive experience in the restaurant industry to teach you his insights about sushi making, wagyu grilling, and the art of the tea ceremony. Having managed and operated several dining establishments, from izakaya gastropubs to sushi and ramen restaurants, Katsuji has a unique appreciation for Japanese food and customs that he puts into play in the home cooking classes he hosts in his Osaka home with his daughter Chiharu.

You'll then join Katsuji or Chiharu in the kitchen, where you'll learn to make an assortment of sushi with fresh toppings and grill wagyu meat, some of which you'll enjoy with wasabi and others simply with salt.
