During this cooking class, we will elevate the basic sushi roll and create an edible masterpiece!
Our Japanese cooking instructor will teach you how to make sushi patterns and motifs so that when you slice into these sushi rolls, you’ll reveal a hidden picture. This Tokyo class uses plant-based ingredients, so it is vegetarian and halal-friendly.
First, you will learn how to make perfect vinegared sushi rice, which forms the basis of Japanese sushi. Then, you will use colorful ingredients and roll up your own artistic sushi, with guidance from a cooking teacher.
In addition to two types of original deco sushi, you will also learn how to make miso soup, a staple soup of Japanese cuisine. After your meal, you will be treated to a sweet Japanese dessert!
The Kawaii Deco Sushi Cooking Class is held at a cooking studio in an upscale Tokyo neighborhood called Minami Aoyama. Our studio’s facilities include tools and equipment from leading kitchenware brands.
