Experience Details
There’s nothing more satisfying than a piping hot bowl of slurpable ramen noodles. During this kawaii cooking class, you’ll learn how to make this staple Japanese food and take home the recipe so you can replicate it at home! With a special kawaii twist, we will also be making adorable gyoza (Japanese dumplings) in cute shapes and learning plating techniques to make your ramen even cuter! We will make the ramen soup from scratch, and prepare toppings such as chashu (roasted pork) and a boiled egg flavored with soy sauce. The cooking instructor will also teach you how to make Japanese gyoza. Together, you will make the filling, then learn how to pleat the gyoza wrappers and make kawaii dumpling packages! Served on the side, you’ll have Japanese pickles (known as “tsukemono”) and you’ll end your meal with a tasty Japanese dessert. This Kawaii Ramen and Gyoza Cooking Class is held at a cooking studio in Minami Aoyama, one of Tokyo’s most upscale areas. We have wonderful facilities, including kitchen tools from the best brands. Natural light streams through the windows, making this spacious studio ideal for taking mouthwatering food photos (magazine photoshoots have even been held here!). Join us in this stunning and well-equipped studio, and let’s make the most kawaii Japanese cuisine!
