Your culinary journey begins with a warm welcome and a glass of Prosecco as you step into Chef Trina’s kitchen. Start with crispy crostini, made fragrant with garlic and oregano. Then, prepare parmigiana using layers of eggplant, tomato and Parmesan cheese. Learn to roll and shape traditional Sicilian maccheroni pasta by hand and top it with a rich sauce of smoked pancetta and sweet Datterino tomatoes. Finish the experience by crafting a silky panna cotta, topped with seasonal fruit for a refreshing, elegant dessert. Enjoy your dishes in a relaxed, intimate setting.
