Blue Field Tea Factory

Perched among the misty hills of Ramboda, between Kandy and Nuwara Eliya, Blue Field is a charming tea estate with sweeping views. Founded in 1921, it grows high-grown Ceylon tea at about 1,285 metres (≈4,200 ft) above sea level. Visitors can walk through neatly terraced tea bushes, see tea-pickers at work, tour the factory to witness the journey from leaf to cup — withering, rolling, drying and sorting. Post Office Nuwara Eliya

Built in 1894 during the British colonial era, the red-brick Nuwara Eliya Post Office is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.
