Join Chef Saisho, owner of Sushi Saisho (now Ginza Saisho), for a memorable tour and dining experience in the heart of Tokyo.
Start with a guided walk through Tsukiji Market, where the chef will take you to his favorite seafood shops. Learn about a wide variety of fresh fish, and if you’re lucky, watch large slabs of tuna being expertly sliced. Along the way, you may also meet some of the local vendors.
After the market, enjoy a short 10-minute taxi ride to Ginza Saisho in Nagatacho. Here, Chef Saisho will demonstrate sushi-making techniques and guide you as you try your hand at crafting your own sushi.
Savor your creations with freshly grated wasabi and a memorable omakase lunch. Don’t miss Chef Saisho’s signature dish, "uniku": thin slices of premium wagyu wrapped around rice and topped with raw uni, offering a perfect harmony of flavors and umami.
This experience has returned by popular demand! Paused since last September due to the restaurant relocation, the tour is now back and ready to delight guests.
