ラガーディアのソラール デ サマニエゴ ワイナリーの歴史は 1968 年に遡ります。18 世紀に作家フェリックス マリア デ サマニエゴが所有していたフィンカ ラ エスコボーサから最初のワインが誕生して以来、文学はワイナリーの歴史の一部となってきました。
Beber Entre Líneas プロジェクトはこの文学的精神を継承しており、著名なインテリア デザイナーのラザロ ローザ ヴィオランから著名なオーストラリアの壁画家グイド ヴァン ヘルテンまで、複数の分野のアーティストの協力を得て、ワイナリーの特徴的な産業建築の復元と再解釈を促しています。 、記念碑的な芸術的介入によってワイナリーの古い倉庫を変えました。
