Restaurant Details
BLACOWS is a wagyu hamburger restaurant in the popular Shibuya district. Just a six-minute walk from Ebisu Station, this is a convenient place to stop for a meal and experience some of the top-quality beef from Japan. BLACOWS’ interior is set with nostalgic art and furniture within a modern aesthetic and color palette, transporting patrons away from the city bustle. While one of the main attractions is the 100% Black Beef Wagyu, BLACOWS’ items are made with the whole hamburger in mind, ensuring that the buns and other ingredients are of the same quality. Within each bite is an ensemble of locally-sourced ingredients from places such as Kyoto and Hokkaido. Along with homemade sauces and 100% natural cheeses, the signature burger boasts the perfect balance in hamburger harmony. The quality hamburgers start from 1700 yen + tax, and sets come with a side of fries made from Hokkaido potatoes. They also offer a variety of burgers, alongside unique appetizers using wagyu beef.
