DepTH Brianza is an Italian fine-dining establishment with a menu as creative as its wordplay. The Brianza group, which has made substantial contributions to the development of novel gourmet products and world-class restaurants, lends its name to this Azabudai Hills location. At the helm is Chef Okuno, whose name contains the character for “depth” in Japanese. DepTH Brianza emphasizes the bonds and shared experiences between chefs, guests and producers built across 20 years of the Brianza history. This restaurant acts as an exploratory venture, a stage upon which Chef Okuno can express himself and honor the people. Despite only offering 12 seats, guests are elevated to family status with attentive tableside service. The restaurant also accepts rent-out requests, a rarity among Michelin restaurants.
