The owner-chef of this Tokyo Italian restaurant, Masazaku Taira, has experience working in Michelin-starred kitchens of both Italy and Japan. The menu in his own restaurant is a fusion of these two strands of experience, featuring Italian dishes executed with Japanese character.
These dishes include authentic wood-fired pizzas, the toppings of which change with the seasons, and delicious pasta dishes. Masazaku-san also learned a thing or two about wine during his time in Europe, so look forward to some great wine pairings with your meal.
