They specialize in delicious roast meat dishes like lamb, veal, and premium beef from Ibaraki. Delicious seafood is also a highlight, with dishes to satisfy pescatarian cravings like garlic and olive oil clams, and crab spaghetti. The chef takes requests too, confident in his ability to whip up outstanding dishes on the fly. This is due in part to his many years of experience with Italian cuisine, having spent an extensive amount of time learning the trade in Italy.
