Restaurant Details
Wine and Edomae sushi might be a strange pairing to some, but at Sushi Nihonbashi Seamon, it’s simply par for the course. While at its heart it may be a traditional Edomae sushi restaurant, the restaurant is blazing its own trail by daring to go where few others have ventured.
The restaurant offers over 50 types of different wines and champagnes to go with its sushi courses, ranging from Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label to even the pride of Louis Roederer, Cristal. Its Edomae sushi menu is just as diverse, crafted using seafood from all over the country, with salmon roe from Hokkaido, red sea bream from Kanagawa, and conger eel from Kanazawa-Hakkei.
Located on the 4th floor of the Coredo Muromachi 1 building, the restaurant offers a calm and sophisticated escape from the bustle of shoppers roaming outside. Take a seat at the 13-seat counter, or opt for a private room for a peaceful meal and a glass of wine away from the busy Nihonbashi streets.
