I am so pleased to write about my great experience at Sushi Ginza Onodera. While I am not usually a seafood person (shellfish and similar), I absolutely love fish. Being from Australia, I like Sushi but know that our "Maki Rolls" are not really comparable to the normal nigiri in Japan. With that in mind, I really wanted the full Omakase experience. Food was very good and service always kept everything filled. Moving but not too rushed. Just be sure of the pricing for any add-ons or extras as we asked and the server did not elaborate or fully explain the pricing when asked to show how much per piece. 2 pieces extra per person for 2 people (chutoro and uni), a bottle of water and two cups of house recommended tea ended up 14,000 yen. Overall would go again though it does seem very tourist centered and cater mostly to visitors now.
