沿着乡村道路，在特鲁利、农舍和干石墙之间，我将一起骑自行车 20 公里（约 12 英里），向您展示我每天喜爱和体验的地方。
我们从特鲁利的首府阿尔贝罗贝洛出发，前往伊特里亚谷最令人回味的村庄洛科罗通多：在那里，我们可以在一家传统的当地面包店停下来品尝美味。
我们将品尝乔瓦尼新鲜烘焙的典型阿普利亚佛卡夏，并佐以一杯葡萄酒。
随后，在返回阿尔贝罗贝洛之前，我们将在 Signora Maria 的糕点店停留，品尝我们传统的杏仁糖果。
在返回的路上，我们将食用直接从树上采摘的时令水果（樱桃、无花果、菲奥罗尼、梨、黑莓、桑葚）。
