Experience Details
Step into a small brewery in Kashiwa, where you will be greeted by the smell of toasted grain and fresh hops in the air.
Beer here is more than a drink. It carries the character of the land, the seasons, and the people who make it.
The team grows their own barley and hops and works closely with farmers in Chiba. That local connection is in every bottle, from light, fruity beers to darker, richer styles.
Your experience begins with a chilled glass of their signature beer. As you sip, your host shares how the brewery started. The space is calm and relaxed, easy to enjoy even if it is your first time learning about craft beer.
Afterward, we’ll take you behind the scenes at the brewery. Walking past 500L stainless steel tanks, you’ll witness firsthand how beer is made from start to finish. Our master brewer, who holds the German “Diplom-Biersommelier” certification, will clearly explain each step of the process and describe how these ingredients are transformed into delicious beer.
The highlight is becoming a beer blender yourself. Using a “vacuum distiller” specially prepared for this experience, you’ll extract aromas from seasonal ingredients. Under the guidance of the master brewer, you’ll adjust the aroma and flavor to your liking to create your own original beer blend. The process is simple, and
To finish, you will enjoy a final tasting of award-winning beers, including smooth ales and citrus-forward IPAs. Some are brewed with special Japanese ingredients that add a unique touch.
This experience is more than a class. It is a chance to understand Japanese craft beer through the land, the ingredients, and the people behind every glass.
