Experience Details
This nighttime tour takes you through Ginza and Shinbashi, beyond the glitzy facades and into its backstreets, revealing a side of this district unknown to most visitors.
In this unique tour, you'll first enjoy an evening stroll where you'll learn about the area's history and culture before enjoying food, drinks and lighthearted fun at a local snack bar.
As the sun sets, the fun only begins at a local Shinbashi "snakku" or snack bar. Different to most bars, these charming, no-frills watering holes are the perfect place to unwind and make friends with locals.
But before that, the group will walk through Ginza's charming back alleys, stopping at a couple of shrines. Your host will share interesting stories about the district's history while you explore its streets.
After the walk, get ready for some lighthearted fun with quizzes and games! You'll arrive at a unique retro Japanese snack bar where you'll have lots of fun while enjoying three drinks and light bites.
You'll also get to try a traditional Japanese paper theater art known as kamishibai, which adds an interactive twist to your exploration. Mingle with friendly locals, belt out a tune at karaoke, and listen to their unique stories as the night unfolds.
Your expert guide is a Tokyo snack bar insider, dedicated to showcasing the capital’s vibrant nightlife in all its glory.
