With this success, demand has soared, prices have risen, and many labels have become harder to find. Some whiskies that were once widely available in Japan are now rare even for locals.
In this tasting experience, your host makes it easy to enjoy some of the country’s most coveted Japanese whiskies. Working with local whisky experts, long-standing liquor stores, and members-only bars, he has brought together a selection of labels for you to taste in the lively Shibuya district of Tokyo.
During the experience, you will sip 10 different Japanese whiskies paired with sweet snacks. Your knowledgeable host will guide you through the flavors, history, and background of each whisky, helping you understand what makes Japanese whisky unique.
By the end of the session, you’ll take a commemorative photo with all the whiskies you’ve tried and leave with a deeper appreciation for Japanese whisky, plus a memorable souvenir to remember the experience.
