Ramen doesn’t have to come with meat. Learn how to make a hearty vegetarian version in Tokyo, along with crispy gyoza, and enjoy Japanese comfort food made entirely without animal ingredients.
In this hands-on cooking class, your instructor will guide you through making a flavorful vegetarian ramen soup and assembling it in a cute kawaii style. You’ll also learn how to prepare and fold vegetarian gyoza, then pan-fry them until lightly crisp. It’s a chance to learn simple techniques for making familiar Japanese dishes in a plant-based way.
Once the cooking is finished, sit down and enjoy what you’ve made together with pickles, seasonal dessert, and Japanese drinks.
The class takes place in a bright cooking studio in Minami Aoyama, an elegant Tokyo neighborhood. The studio has quality cooking equipment, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light, creating a relaxed space to cook, eat, and enjoy the experience.
