Crispy gyoza dumplings complement a bowl of hearty ramen noodles perfectly.

Here, you can learn to make your own delicious Japanese ramen by the seaside! You’ll learn to make delicious ramen from scratch using natural ingredients. Every good bowl of ramen starts with delicious broth, and to make it means letting it simmer for some time. In the meantime, you’ll learn how to make gyoza dumplings!


During this class, you’ll make ramen broth and learn how to perfectly boil chashu pork (or chicken) and half-boiled soy sauce eggs to top it off perfectly. With the help of an English-speaking cooking instructor, you’ll learn to make the fillings and perfectly fold delicious gyoza bursting with flavor, and then put it all together and enjoy your homemade feast.
