Manami has done extensive traveling to countries like Canada, America, New Zealand, Taiwan, Malaysia, France, an Italy, and tried Japanese food around the world (though admits that most of it wasn’t so great). Manami has lots of experience sharing Japanese culture with foreign friends and her British husband and family, and a passion for cooking everyday Japanese dishes as well as more elaborate special occasion treats like osechi (Japanese New Year dishes).
