Experience Details
Our Peruvian experience starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the famous products of Cusco.
After that, we will walk to our Cooking-Studio, a traditional house from 1930.
We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with pisco and fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited)
You will learn to cook: lomo saltado, papa à la Huancaina, cocktail: pisco cocktail
You will eat the traditional Dessert: Picarones
Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation.
After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends.
