Begin your journey at the Hokutopia observation deck for panoramic views of Asukayama Hill, painted in soft cherry blossom pink.


Your guides, licensed experts and sake specialists, will share the rich history of this unique area.


Stroll along the cherry-lined Otonashi River, where traces of Old Edo remain, to visit the 700-year-old Oji Shrine. This sacred site is one of the "Ten Shrines of Tokyo" and is home to a giant Ginkgo tree that has guarded the area for over 600 years.


As the day turns to evening, relax at a cozy, family-run hidden izakaya. In this intimate setting, enjoy a curated flight of five rare sakes paired with home-cooked dishes.


Highlights include “Hiei,” brewed with unique yeast from Asukayama, and the honey-like “Byakko.” A certified sommelier will guide the tasting and share stories from local brewers.


The tour ends with a walk through Asukayama Park, where cherry trees planted by the 8th Tokugawa Shogun still bloom. For evening guests, the Otonashi River comes alive at dusk with magical illuminations, creating a serene, romantic night-blossom experience.
