In this experience, you’ll learn how to make a classic Japanese hamburg steak–a beloved dish that you’ll find on menus across the country. From family restaurants and cafes to high-end establishments, this beef-based recipe has stood the test of time. This is a dish that combines the best of Western and Japanese culinary traditions. Forget what you know about traditional hamburgers, because Japanese hamburg steak takes it to a new level–picture a juicy, tender patty made from a blend of ground beef and pork, infused with a medley of savory seasonings.
