★★★★★ An Unforgettable Fine Dining Experience Dining at Moliere was one of the highlights of our trip to Sapporo. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire meal. Every course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and each dish reflected the seasons and the chef's creativity. The Tokachi beef was perfectly cooked and absolutely outstanding, while every course maintained an impressive balance of flavor, texture, and presentation. What impressed us most was that the experience felt refined without being overly formal. It was relaxed, genuine, and focused entirely on delivering exceptional food and hospitality.
