ルッカの歴史と料理の伝統に浸りながら、文化、食、本物の味を融合したウォーキングツアーと料理教室をお楽しみください。 ガイド付きのルッカの中世の街並み散策から始まり、地元の市場や食品店を訪れ、新鮮なトスカーナの食材を発見し、地域の有名な料理について学びます。
1時間の探索の後は、地元のキッチンに向かい、体験型の料理教室を行います。 地元で採れた高品質の食材を使い、トルデリ・ルッケシ（詰め物パスタ ） 、 ファッロスープ、カスタニャッチョ（栗粉ケーキ）など、トスカーナの伝統的な調理技術に習熟したクラシックなルッケーゼ料理を用意します。
お食事の準備ができたら、本格的なルッカの邸宅の居心地の良い雰囲気で、上質なトスカーナワインと合わせた自家製料理をお楽しみください。
