What a fun experience! Shin-San was such a delight to take this class from, and we learned a lot about the process for making ramen noodles. Shin-San has been working on his English and it shows, so we were able to have a fruitful and informative experience with him. The process certainly shows the level of intent and dedication it takes to master this process. The ramen lunch afterwards made it all that much more worth it, too - so amazing! Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn more about the staple meal of Japan!

The time with Nariko was really insightful and we learnt a lot. We appreciated that she takes the time to show us each steps explain how to cut a vegetable a punch a dough and it was actually the best ramen we ate in our whole trip to Japan !
We would definitely recommend this cooking course for anyone visiting Kyoto.

Wonderful! Our sons (ages 8 and 10), my husband, and I immensely enjoyed the whole experience! It was our first time making ramen noodles, but our super chef (Shin San) explained and showed everything to us before letting our kids and us try our hands at this. The whole process was was made easy and fun. The best part is when we tried Musoshin's noodles in the end - they were by far the best we ate in our lives (including Kyoto, Tokyo, and many countries in North America, Europe and Asia). Musoshin's noodles carried us away with its perfect texture and rich taste. I highly recommend this experience, especially if you like ramen noodles!
