All their taiyaki are made with 100% Hokkaido azuki beans and dough that does not contain any eggs or dairy products, making them vegan. In addition to vegan taiyaki, the shop also sells its special Hiiragi’s homemade bean paste, which has a gentle sweetness from the Hokkaido azuki beans.
