Situated parkside, the interior features raw stone tiling and natural elements that span plating style to wine pairings. Same-day only reservations offer lucky guests a chance to try Toraichi’s famous dishes in one sitting. Courses include top-ranking wagyu, their famous katsu sandwich, and unexpectedly, domestically raised mushrooms. Toraichi is just as particular about their produce as their meat, offering fresh crudite and seasonal mushrooms.

For those who don’t have time to luxuriate in Toraichi’s intimate space during one of two nightly seatings, there’s a meat vending machine out front and take-away bento options available.
