Kaori was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Japan for the first time. She met us at the station and walked us around showing us the ingredients that would make up our dishes. She made sure she met our dietary requirements. Kaori showed us the true Japanese hospitality.LOVED IT! Such a highlight from our trip

The class was a highlight of our week in Tokyo. We learned a ton of things about the products we used and were given lots of “chef’s tips” that you could never get from a book. Masa and Junko made us feel completely welcome. They were patient and caring, especially with my 11 year old son, whom they helped along as needed so that he could fully participate in the class. The food we made was delicious and the meal at the end of the class was relaxed, fun and warm. Thank you to Masa and Junko for a great time!

Incredible lesson with Masa and Junko. We learnt so much about the history of ramen and gyoza and it was great fun learning all the tricks of making amazing gyoza. Our teenage kids absolutely loved it! We were so full for the rest of the day. We would highly recommend this class.

Kaori was very nice and welcoming. She made everything to make us feel good. We learned a lot about the different ingredients and the basics of ramen and gyoza cooking. It was very delicious and we're looking forward to cooking this at home!
