My cooking lesson with Yuka was perfect! She was very organized, her instructions were very clear, and time was well managed. The food I learned to make was delicious and easy enough that I feel confident I can make it again when I return home, and no now I have the recipes she gave me to help. My husband and I attended the 5-day course over a few months while living in Tokyo and absolutely enjoyed it! Miyuki-san was very thorough, explained us a lot of things about Japanese food and culture, and provided us several delicious recipes in each class. I guess one could consider us to be foodies, who have experienced, experimented and tried out a lot of different foods also of the Japanese cuisine, but this class was absolutely wonderful in bringing us deeper knowledge to the topic. Miyuki-san answered all of our questions about the cooking methods, ingredients, etc. also other than in the recipes of the class. Our 9 y.o. daughter also joined the class a few times and enjoyed especially the Wagashi-class that we chose as our selected topic for the 5th session. The course was surely one of our highlights when living in Tokyo. Can only give our warmest recommendations!
