What a fantastic experience! Not only did the sushi we made look good, but the flavor was delicious! It was so much fun walking through the market and gathering ingredients and then learning create edible works of art. Ayumi was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. 너무 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 주인분과 직원분 모두 유쾌하게 잘 진행해 주셨고 영어가 매우 뛰어나십니다. 초밥을 민들어 보는 경험이 색달랐고, 스팟만 찍고 다니는 한국인들에 비해 체험을 많이하는 서양분들이 많이 방문하는 것 같습니다. 사진도 찍어주시고 졸업증서도 주시는 디테일도 좋았습니다. 만족도 높아요^^ 시간이 변경될 시 메일로 안내해 주시는데 송신인이 한자로 되어있다고 스팸취급하지 마시고 잘 읽고 참여하세요^^

Our family had a fabulous time with Miho making sushi in Kichijoji. Miho was a kind and knowledgeable teacher, guiding us patiently as we made inside out rolls and nigiri to eat for lunch. I would highly recommend this experience and am coming back for the bento class. 5 stars! 🌟

We had a wonderful and truly unique experience at Masaho's sushi class. While eating at a sushi restaurant is great, the sushi we made ourselves tasted even more special.
Masaho was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire class. Not only did she gently guide us through the process, but she also spoke excellent English and taught us about the history of sushi and what everyday life in Japan is like.
Instead of being in an office room, we made sushi in an authentic Japanese house. This gave us a wonderful glimpse into the daily life of a Japanese family. From start to finish, we had a fantastic time with Masaho. We would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Tokyo who wants an authentic Japanese experience.

This was a true hi-light of our trip. Yoko was both kind and welcoming to our party. She went out of her way to accommodate us even though I got the time wrong. Wonderful small group experience with 8 people total. Very informative and friendly throughout. They did an exceptional job at teaching us how to actually make sushi. Many classes we’ve taken in the past have really been more hands off or pre-prepared.
These ladies did an excellent job! The food was awesome with two rolls, 6 nigiri and miso soup to prepare and eat. Come hungry!
