Discover how comforting and flavorful Japanese ramen and gyoza can be during this gluten-free cooking class in Osaka.


Guided by Chef Yuki and her team, you’ll make two kinds of ramen and handmade gyoza completely from scratch while learning authentic techniques adapted for gluten-free cooking without sacrificing traditional flavor.


Chef Yuki trained at a restaurant recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand award and now specializes in creating gluten-free versions of beloved Japanese dishes.


Throughout the class, she’ll share practical tips and easy-to-follow techniques that make gluten-free Japanese cooking approachable and rewarding.


Ramen starts with the noodles, and in this class, you’ll make your own using rice flour. From kneading and rolling the dough to cutting springy noodles by hand, you’ll learn how to recreate the satisfying texture ramen is known for while keeping everything 100% gluten-free.


Once the noodles are ready, you’ll prepare two different ramen styles. Make a classic soy sauce ramen packed with comforting umami, then try a modern tomato ramen with a rich, refreshing twist.


You’ll also make gluten-free gyoza wrappers from scratch using a rice flour blend. After shaping and filling the dumplings, Chef Yuki will guide you through cooking them until perfectly golden and crisp. Along the way, you’ll pick up useful techniques to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen.


At the end of the experience, sit down to enjoy two bowls of freshly made ramen and crispy handmade gyoza.


You’ll leave with recipes, new cooking skills, and a deeper appreciation for gluten-free Japanese comfort food.
