Join our 4-hour cooking class in Marrakech for a unique experience that will enrich your culinary skills while introducing you to Moroccan gastronomic traditions. We'll begin with a visit to the market to gather fresh ingredients, followed by mint tea while we get to know each other. Next, you'll learn how to prepare and season traditional tagines using authentic techniques and spices. Throughout the workshop, we'll explore Moroccan culture and history. Finally, you'll taste the dishes you've cooked together. Your itinerary We will meet you beside Koutoubia Mosque as per the agreed time and we'll take a quick trip to a local market to buy vegetables and other essential cooking ingredients. You'll choose the vegetables, and then we'll head to our house, which is just a short walk from the market.

Dinner

Sarah and her team were brilliant from start to finish. Prepared and served delicious food and cleaned up afterwards. We were celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special with a birthday cake. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

A professional through and through

Chef Sarah and her team were fabulous. Communication with her was great even before our arrival in Marrakesh. She kept our whole family engaged and gave us a chance each to make the Moroccan pastries following her demonstration. The food was lovely and if we return to Marrakesh we'll be sure to contact her again.
