Podere La Marronaia - Biodynamic Winery & Farm

토스카나 식사와 함께 와인, 에보 오일, 발사믹 식초 시음은 산지미냐노에서 가장 오래된 포도원 중 하나인 베르나치아 포도밭 앞에서 농장에 대한 간단한 소개로 시작됩니다. 토스카나 식사는 전통 브루스케타와 크로스티니를 곁들인 전채요리, 오늘의 소스를 곁들인 유기농 파스타, 현지 치즈, Casa Porciatti의 냉햄, 홈메이드 케이크 등 4가지 코스로 구성됩니다. 이 옵션에는 Vernaccia di San Gimignano 및 Chianti Colli Senesi와 같은 Podere La Marronaia의 최소 4가지 유기농 및 바이오다이내믹 와인 선택이 포함됩니다. 천연 및 향미 엑스트라 버진 올리브 오일 6종, 발사믹 식초 3종. 각각의 음식과 함께 제공되는 페어링 방법을 설명하겠습니다.

Arrive in San Gimignano, follow the main road towards Certaldo, for about six-tenths of a mile (1 km). Pass the crossroad to Fugnano and the traffic back, then turn right into a small white road and continue for 50mts, then turn right info the first gate with the sign for Podere le Colonne parking. By Autobus: from Poggibonsi frequent busses are available to rach San Gimignano. The nearest stop is in front of the proprety Via Martiri di Citerna. By Train: the nearest train stations are in Poggibonsi and Certaldo. From here it's possible to go on by bus or taxi.
