This restaurant places emphasis on seasonal products from Japan as a salute to the local culinary culture and prepares them using complex French cooking techniques. Introducing the four seasons of Japan in a unique way, chef Yusuke Goto made a point to reference the sensitivity of the Japanese in all aspects of his French restaurant. Every dish in the refined collection — made from locally-sourced ingredients from all around the country — maintains a strong sense of identity.
