Chef Takeshi Narikiyo is focused on producing exceptional French cuisine with a personal twist that gives his restaurant an edge over the rest. Ingredients are restocked daily, with limited ones directly delivered from the points of origin. After arriving at the restaurant, they are assembled into artistic dishes which creatively riff on the classics found on the menus of Paris.
