Chef Nishimura will serve you creative French cuisine that combines Japanese, Chinese, and Italian cooking methods; the dishes he creates are beyond the category of French cuisine. He offers you four kinds of omakase course menus with prices ranging from 12,000 yen to 30,000 yen. Each course includes 12 to 16 kinds of dishes. During the course, you can enjoy various kinds of creative French cuisine such as Saga wagyu roast beef, Nishimura’s original spiced curry, and raw gâteau chocolat. He is particularly passionate about selecting fresh and local ingredients; checking them for quality with his own eyes. There is also a wide selection of wines--as many as 400 kinds of wines that are mainly from France--so you can also enjoy a pairing with your meal.
