Restaurant Sola

There is only one course menu available on the menu at Sola, called “Menu de Jour” (10,000 yen). Throughout the course, you can savor the beautiful flavor of the ocean and mountain. The first branch of Sola was opened in 2011 in Paris. The restaurant got a Michelin star just a year and three months after its opening. Each plate that is served is like a piece of art with which you can enjoy the seasonality of Kyushu, Japan. The chef’s cooking technique brings out the flavor of the ingredients; for instance, seafood is flavored with the smoky flavor of firewood, bringing out the umami of fish.
