This experience and the host, Junko, were amazing! She catered the experience to my interests in local produce and we had a great time picking up local sweets, buying local produce for our meal (as well as some fun fruits I wanted to try) and had an overall amazing time!
I’m so happy with what I learned making noodles from scratch, ramen, and mochi! They were all relatively easy and quick to make and it was so fun to do, I can’t wait to try my newly acquired skills and the recipes at home! Thank you so much Junko and I couldn’t recommend this experience more for anyone looking to learn new skills and experience a lovely time cooking and learning!

This was such an amazing experience for me! Tomokita is truly lovely and opens her heart and home to teach you how to cook. She is incredibly patient and guides you through the whole process, making you feel comfortable and welcome from start to finish.
I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you, Tomokita, for making my time in Tokyo even more special!

Nice host, Japanese mun teacher, exoerienced around shop let me know more about Japanese culture, and show me some insteresting food in supermarket, she can speak well English, no worry about communication, and she is happy mun, we have happy cooking time, she told me a lot of think let me deely know more about Japan, I got a amazing experience in Japan today, I appreciated this trip joined her cookingcl class, and I will join again next time.

My ramen-making experience at Ramen Dojo was one of those special experiences that I will remember long after leaving Japan.
Sensei Yoku was absolutely wonderful—patient, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the art of making ramen. There is something incredibly rewarding about learning the process step by step, working with your own hands, and then sitting down to enjoy a bowl of ramen that you actually created yourself.
What made the experience especially memorable was Sensei Yoku. He made the class feel personal rather than simply another tourist activity, and I left with a much greater appreciation for the skill, tradition, and care that goes into something as seemingly simple as a bowl of ramen.
I’ve taken several hands-on classes during my travels, and these are often the experiences I treasure the most because they allow you to connect with the people and culture in a completely different way. Ramen Dojo was exactly that kind of experience.
Thank you, Sensei Yoku, for sharing your knowledge, your patience, and a little piece of Japanese culture with me. An absolutely fantastic experience and an easy five stars!

Amo & Yoshi were such amazing hosts and teachers....and most important the Ramen and global were AMAZING!!!!. The class was small (just my wife and i) which made it very personal and allowed us to enjoy our time without a large class distracting them with other students. Book this now! You won't be disappointed! Thank you so much for welcoming us in and teaching us to make the BEST GYOZA and BEST Ramen ive ever tasted!!! YUM!!!!!

If you are looking for an authentic ramen making experience that caters to a vegan diet, look no further. I've been to many vegan cooking classes in the US for american dishes and wanted have a true ramen making experience in the heart of it all. Kaori delivered; 15/10 experience!
Kaori is an exceptional host, chef, and great person. She was able to provide an experience through the market identifying the ingredients for the ramen and gyoza, open her home to create an exceptional meal, and provided translations to common phrases you need to get around Japan. In addition, she even gave recommendations to local restaurants and shops.
My husband and I had such an amazing time making ramen and gyoza and were too full after 😅 it was a highlight of our first trip to Japan. Definitely would recommend to everyone to book this experience before you spend time at any other tourist attraction. This experience beats any view you pay for in the city.

It was such a lovely experience and very enjoyable! I did not know before that tofu is so versatile and can cook that many flavorful dishes from it. Morimi san is such a lovely lady who is welcoming and patient throughout the lesson. The cooking steps were easy to follow and at the end of the class, we enjoyed the delicious meal together. I have already got all the ingredients and looking forward to recreate it myself at home!
